The Link

After Major Renovations, Rialto Offloads 215K-SF Denver Office Building

Westside Investment Partners bought the 930 15th St. property known as The Link. Westside bought The Link property from Rialto Capital. The Link used to be owned by CenturyLink.

The Denver Business Journal reports that Rialto and Steelwave jointly bought The Link in 2019 for $22.5 million and began an ambitious makeover. Work, led by Gensler, involved upgrading the 12-story building’s facade and interior, including insulation and elevator improvements. A new lobby containing a wine bar and coffee shop was also added. On the top floor of the building, the addition of an expansive rooftop terrace featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center and a thousand square foot event and conference space.

Westside also owns the Lincoln Crossing Towers, at 17th and Lincoln in downtown.
