Affinius Provides $107M Loan for Mixed-Use Near Toyota Arena

Affinius Capital LLC originated a $107-million loan to finance the ground-up development of Adept Ontario, a mixed-use development located adjacent to the Toyota Arena in Ontario. The loan was co-originated with Bank OZK and was provided to Adept Urban Development. Stefen Chraghchian, senior director of capital markets at Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation, arranged the financing.

Adept intends to build a five-story, Class A mixed-use property featuring 384 residential units and 26,000 square feet of retail. It’s part of a greater master-planned entertainment district within walking distance of the Toyota Arena.

Tom Burn, Affinius Capital managing director, said, “Adept Ontario is strategically positioned to create a vibrant entertainment district, similar to L.A. LIVE, bringing energy and vitality to Ontario. As Affinius Capital’s inaugural collaboration with Adept Urban Development for the first phase of its transformative mixed-use development, this construction financing underscores our confidence in their vision. We look forward to expanding the relationship further.”
