Affinius Capital Provides $85M for Suffolk Industrial Warehouse

Affinius Capital LLC, formerly Square Mile Capital Management and USAA Real Estate, has provided an $85 million loan to Invesco Real Estate for the acquisition of an 814,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Suffolk, Virginia.

Located at 150 Judkins Court, the warehouse includes 36-foot clear heights, 82 dock-high loading doors, and 704 parking spaces for autos and trailers.

“We are big believers in the growth story in Norfolk, which is being driven by increasing demand and growing activity at the Port of Virginia,” said Eric Cohen, managing director of Affinius Capital. “We continue to seek out opportunities to finance newly built, state-of-the-art industrial assets which we believe are well positioned in the market.”

CBRE’s Scott Lewis and Matt Ballard facilitated the financing for Invesco.
