Affinius Capital Closes $113M Loan to Refi Yonkers MF 

Affinius Capital LLC has announced the closing of a $112.7 million loan to refinance Alexander Crossing, a newly delivered 440-unit multifamily building located next to the Yonkers Metro North train station and along the Hudson River waterfront in downtown Yonkers. The loan was made to a joint venture between Rose Associates and Battery Global Advisors. 

“Alexander Crossing is a high-quality asset well located within the downtown Yonkers neighborhood,” said David Greenburg, managing director of Affinius Capital. The property features 440 apartment units and amenities, including an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and residents’ lounge. 

Conveniently located for access to downtown Yonkers and Manhattan, Alexander Crossing is positioned to attract tenants seeking a vibrant urban lifestyle. The financing was arranged by Walker & Dunlop’s team, including Jonathan Schwartz, Aaron Appel, Sean Reimer, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, and Sean Bastian.
