Affinia Hotels Get New Name; Upper East Side Property Gets Redesign

Denihan Hospitality has rebranded its Gardens NYC all-suite hotel on the Upper East Side as Gardens Suites Hotel by Affinia, and the Affinia Hotel Collection will be renamed Affinia Hotels and Suites. The Gardens Suites at 215 E. 64th St. has also undergone a multimillion-dollar redesign.

“Hotels need to evolve, and this redesign has enabled us to further enhance the guest experience,” said Carl Cohen, Denihan’s chief commercial officer. “In addition to a physical renovation, the hotel has experienced a transformation by partnering with key NYC tastemakers like Fishs Eddy, Ode à la ROSE and William Greenberg. We know that by creating a local New York experience, we will make the guests’ stay more authentic.”

Fishs Eddy dishware and coffee mugs are now standard in the kitchens of Affinia’s three locations across Manhattan. Select products will also be available for sale in the shops at all three Affinia properties.
