Affiliate of Kilroy Purchases 58-Unit Vista Multifamily Asset

Villa Santa Fe and Pond Place, a 58-unit multifamily property located in Vista, recently sold for $11.32 million. The buyer was an affiliate of the Kilroy Companies LLC.

The asset is located at 1626 N. Santa Fe Ave. It is comprised of two buildings, one of which is 34 studios and the other consists of 18 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units and six one-bedroom, one-bathroom units.

Christopher J. Zorbas and Gary R.
