AEW Inks Nearly 330K-SF Eastvale Deal with White Horse Logistics

AEW signed a 327,928-square-foot lease with White Horse Logistics, Inc. at 12350 Philadelphia St. in Eastvale, CA. This is the third-party logistics solutions provider’s third facility in SoCal, and brings its total Inland Empire capacity to one million square feet.

The new facility is adjacent to one of its existing warehouses, and the final component of a three-building campus. The properties are well situated, bordering major freeways and near the vibrant ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as other transit centers and facilities.

Savills’ Dillon Dummit and Wayne Lamb represented the tenant. The Boston-based landlord was represented by CBRE’s Len Santoro.

“In just four years, White Horse has grown exponentially in Southern California, a critical distribution and fulfillment hub for the company,” said Dummit. “Its’ expansive campus offers unparalleled shipping and transport access, modern facilities and operating efficiencies, all of which deepen White Horse’s ability to provide cost-effective, responsive and streamlined customer service.”
