Aerospace Firm Nearly Triples Space in Medley Relocation

NKF arranged an 81,250-square-foot lease at Pan American North Business Park in Medley for Aerotech Ops (ATOPS), which is relocating and expanding from its 30,000-square-foot space in Doral. The firm’s Steve Medwin, Nick Wigoda and John Mejia represented the landlord, Link Logistics Real Estate.

ATOPS’ business has been growing despite the pandemic. “The industrial and logistics market has been growing rapidly since the onset of COVID-19,” said Medwin. “This lease demonstrates that other industries are also doing well despite the uncertainty in the economy.”

NKF research says the aviation & aerospace sector has leased approximately 250,000 square feet in midsize to large deals throughout South Florida year to date, ranking the sector fourth among the region’s leading industries.

Pan American North Business Park is located at 10733 NW 123rd St. in Medley, and spans 185,520 square feet, with partially air-conditioned warehouse space.
