AECOM Capital, Combined Unveil $450M WeHo Hotel-Condo Development

AECOM Capital and Combined Properties plan to develop a $450-million, mixed-use hotel-condo in West Hollywood, CA. The city block site at Sunset Boulevard and Olive Drive, where the House of Blues once stood, is envisioned for a 300,000-square-foot development.

The project would encompass a Pendry West Hollywood and the Pendry Residences West Hollywood, by Montage Hotels & Resorts. The development will consist of 149 luxury guestrooms as well as 40 private residences, and is scheduled to open in 2020.

Guests and residence owners will have exclusive access to hotel amenities, including a private membership club, multiple chef-driven food and beverage outlets, a rooftop pool and bar, a multi-purpose live entertainment venue, a screening room, bowling alley, spa and state-of-the-art fitness center.

The first Pendry Residences to open will feature spacious floor plans and terraces, and offer owners exclusive residential amenities such as a private rooftop pool, fitness center, lounge and wine room and dedicated staff.
