AEBOV Tapped to Locate Queens Facility for Healthcare Nonprofit

AEBOV, LLC has been retained by New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) to facilitate the acquisition of a Queens center for the nonprofit. This will be NYPCC’s fourth community mental health center in New York City.

NYPCC officials have focused the search around the Jackson Heights neighborhood, noting a need to provide essential mental health services to residents of Jackson Heights and the surrounding communities, all areas that were gravely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The center will be looking for an approximately 20,000-square-foot property with nearby transit options. “There is a vibrant stock of vacant industrial and retail properties in and around Jackson Heights,” said Daniel Tropp, the president and founder of AEBOV. “We are excited to work with NYPCC and help bring their vision to the area while also enhancing the options that neighborhood residents will have for mental health services.”
