Advocate Inks Loop HQ Lease, Stream Realty Represents Landlord

Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate company, has relocated its Chicago headquarters to the 14th floor of 145 S. Wells. The firm will lease 5,980 square feet in the West Loop building. Moceri + Roszak designed, developed, and owns the 20-story property.

Stream Realty Partners Managing Director Mark Bâby and Executive Vice President Matt Lerner represented the landlord in the transaction. “Our team is already enjoying the wide array of first-class amenities, and we like the modern, concrete loft feel, as well as the ability to design the space with unique furniture and finishes,” “said David Knight, Managing Principal at Advocate.

145 S. Wells is a LEED Gold-certified boutique property with a penthouse amenity lounge with pool, ping-pong, foosball tables, a café and cocktail bar, a golf simulator, and a spacious outdoor deck.
