Advisory/Transaction Team Joins CBRE in Houston
Russell Hodges, Bubba Harkins and Jessica Ochoa have joined CBRE’s advisory and transaction services business in Houston. Hodges and Harkins join CBRE as executive vice presidents and Ochoa joins as a senior vice president.
The team comes to CBRE from JLL, where they were responsible for marketing and leasing a class-A office portfolio totaling more than 6 million square feet. The three professionals are joined by the support team of Jenny Mueller, Andrew Elliott, Grant Rexrode and Francie Breen.
“We are excited to welcome this high-performing team whose market knowledge and client relationships will complement our market-leading office leasing business in Houston,” said Mark Taylor, senior managing director, CBRE.
The CBRE team will focus on further developing CBRE’s agency leasing business through innovative strategies that add value for office investor clients and respective properties.
