Advisor Duo Bolts CPX to Lead New Capstone Office in Seattle
Multi-housing real estate specialist Capstone Companies has announced the launch of its new Seattle brokerage office and the addition of Managing Director Evan McLeod and Director Chris Hardman to lead the team. The duo recently worked as investment advisors at CPX, where they ran one of the top multifamily teams in the firm.

Capstone’s expansion into Washington solidifies the firm’s presence in the western United States, and the Seattle office is the first of several anticipated expansions in 2023. Capstone was recently named to the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest growing private companies with 383% revenue growth from 2018 to 2021.
