Advent Leases 34K-SF at Seagram Building  

Advent International, a global private equity firm, has leased 34,000 square feet of office space at RFR’s Seagram Building. Seagram has seen strong demand, with over 100,000 square feet of new and expanded leases in 2023, including deals pre-leasing before availability. 

The 10-year lease for the entire 14th and 15th floors was brokered by Lindsay Ornstein, Patrick Robinson, Casey Noel, and Kate Whitman of OPEN Impact Real Estate. Seagram Building has an asking rent of $235 per square foot. 

Other transactions at Seagram in 2023 include Fintech Advisory’s lease renewal for 10,000 square feet, Brant Point Capital Management’s renewal for 6,000 square feet, and Spanish law firm Perez-Llorca’s relocation and expansion to 3,000 square feet. AJ Camhi and Paul Milunec represented RFR internally on these deals.
