Advanced Wheel Sales Steers into Newly-Built Space

Advanced Wheel Sales LLC has signed the first lease at the newly-constructed Waypoint Business Park in the Southwest Houston community of Missouri City. Transwestern’s Nick Peterson and John Ferruzzo represented Advanced Wheel Sales in the 65,020-square-foot lease.

“This deal allows Advanced Wheel Sales to move into a modern, more efficient warehouse space in the Southwest submarket,” said Peterson. “The tenant was drawn to Waypoint Business Park primarily due to the great access and location, ability to accommodate its preferred square footage, and functional building design.”

The lease encompasses part of Building 2 of Waypoint Business Park. The 248,930-square-foot building offers build-to-suit office space, which features immediate access to Southwest Houston thoroughfares including Beltway 8, Highway 90 and Highway 59.
