Advanced Materials Firm Nearly Doubles MA Footprint

CPS Technologies Corp., a NASDAQ-listed advanced materials company based in Massachusetts, is moving its headquarters and nearly doubling its footprint in the process. The company has signed an 80,000-square-foot lease for its new home in Attleboro, MA, less than 10 minutes from its current facility in Norton. CPS will move its operations including its corporate offices, manufacturing operations, and product development activities to the new address at 523 Pleasant St.

The additional space will allow for increased production capacity and faster commercialization of new product lines, enabling CPS to tap increasing demand from industries such as defense, energy infrastructure, and artificial intelligence. Located near Providence, RI, the facility also provides room for future expansion. Colliers represented CPS in the lease, and Dacon Corporation is overseeing architectural and engineering design at the new facility.
