Advanced Manufacturing Tenant Inks Rancho Cordova Lease

Newmark said Thursday the company facilitated a 21,105-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of Nominal Machining at 11415 Folsom Boulevard in Rancho Cordova. Senior managing director Mike Smith, associate director Cole Cummings and associate Irina Shpyrka represented Nominal Machining in negotiations.

Nominal Machining is a precision computer numerical control machine manufacturing company serving aerospace, defense, semiconductor and medical clients in the Sacramento region. WCM Investment Management is the property’s owner.

“Nominal needed three things at the same time — the right location, the right power and fully conditioned space — and that combination is genuinely scarce in this market,” said Cummings. “11415 Folsom checks all three boxes: Highway 50 frontage, heavy power with a path to more, and a fully conditioned building envelope. Power is the driver for these manufacturing tenants today, and buildings that can deliver power don’t stay vacant long.”
