Advanced International Freight Inks 67K-SF Lease in Secaucus 

Advanced International Freight has signed a 67,663-square-foot lease at 700 Penhorn Avenue in Secaucus with Sinai Associates. The tenant will occupy the entire first unit of the Class A industrial property, situated on five acres with 120 parking spaces, six loading docks, and 35-foot ceilings.  

The property consists of three units with Custom Packaging Supply Inc. occupying the entire second unit and Boxzooka Fulfilment & Global Ecommerce occupying the entire third unit. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s team, including Charles Fern, Thomas D. Tucci, Stephen Shoemaker, Torsten Thaler, and Natalie Gorga, represented the landlord.
