Advanced Imaging Inks 14K-SF Lease Extension at Maryland Medical Office Building

Commercial real estate development, investment and property management firm Atkins Cos. has secured a lease extension and expansion for over 14,000 square feet of medical office space at Plumtree Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. The tenant, Advanced Imaging, expanded their existing 12,483-square-foot space by 1,738 square feet.

Located at 104 Plumtree Road, the 33,000-square-foot medical office building is nearby Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, a 181-bed and 450-physician hospital. The property is also nearby two of the area’s premier research institutions, the U.S.  Army’s Aberdeen Proving Ground and Johns Hopkins University.

“This long-term commitment and expansion of Advanced Imaging’s presence at our Plumtree Medical Center is emblematic of our approach to medical office building investing,” said Cory Atkins, vice president at Atkins Cos. “Through working closely with each of our tenants across our portfolio of modern and adaptable medical office buildings, we are able to craft space solutions that meet their needs and support their growth goals in key markets.”
