Advanced “Green” Manufacturing Facility Coming to San Bernardino County
XT Green is opening a new 126,620-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility at Colony Partners’ 11600 Millennium Court in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The operation is expected to open by early 2018, and will also serve as its corporate headquarters.
XT Green diverts carpet from landfills, and recovers these resources through its first-of-its-kind, newly-patented, ultra-clean technology that processes the carpet underwater. The company says between three to four billion pounds of carpet is disposed in U.S. landfills annually.
The facility’s first line will have the capacity to process more than 40 million pounds of residential and commercial broadloom nylon carpet a year. A second line is envisioned to be added in Q2 2018. The primary products produced by XT Green are nylon and polypropylene pellets.
CBRE’s Len Santoro and ReMax’s Jack Huang represented the tenant. CBRE’s David Consani, Jim Koenig and Laine Sauceda represented the landlord.
