Advance Realty bought another apartment building in Hoboken, NJ, with the purchase of The Metropolitan at 1300 Clinton St. Built in 2000, the luxury building with 128 apartments and retail space is located right next next door to Harlow, a new, 140-unit apartment building at 1330 Willow Ave. that Advance just opened in December 2016.

“We love Hoboken, and the acquisition of this beautiful apartment community reflects our commitment to the city,” said Peter Cocoziello, president and CEO of Advance Realty.

This winter, Advance sponsored the Harlow Winter Village, a pop-up skating rink operated by the City of Hoboken in the quaintly-renovated area under the Hoboken Viaduct, complete with new cobblestones, decorative sidewalks and lighting and a pocket park.
