Adrian Marquez Jumps from MIMCO to CBRE

Adrian Marquez, formerly with MIMCO Inc., has joined CBRE’s El Paso office as an associate. In his new position, Marquez will work with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction team, as well as being part of the company’s national retail platform.

During his four years with MIMCO, Marquez was a property manager, and then a leasing agent, during which time he worked with national and regional clients including Family Dollar, Verizon Wireless and Insomnia Cookies. He also held managerial positions with Verizon Wireless, Sprint PCS and Geske Restaurants.

Marquez has lived and worked in the border region for more than two decades, and currently serves as president of the Austin High School Alumni Association Board. “Adrian’s diverse experience give him an informed perspective on servicing the real estate needs of his clients,” said Christian Perez Giese with CBRE’s El Paso office.
