ADP Inks Full-Floor Lease at 530 Seventh Ave. 

Automatic Data Processing (ADP) has signed an 18,500-square-foot office lease at Savitt Partners’ boutique office property at 530 Seventh Ave.. ADP will occupy the entire 15th floor of the 490,000-square-foot Midtown tower.  

CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King, Al Golod and Max Tarter represented the building ownership along with Savitt Partners’ Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz. The CBRE team of James Ackerson and Patrick Moroney acted on behalf of ADP.  

“I am thrilled to have ADP as our newest tenant at 530 Seventh Avenue, and look forward to a long, successful relationship with them,” said Savitt Partners founder and president Bob Savitt. “ADP is yet another company coming to the building for our incredible amenities, including our rooftop bar, The Skylark, and our conference center within Space 530.” 

Additional amenities include newly renovated destination dispatch elevators, a 24/7 lobby concierge, and on-site PT office with personal training available.
