Adobe Expands into 65K-SF at San Jose’s 10 Almaden
Adobe Systems leased 65,000 square feet at KBS’ 17-story 10 Almaden in downtown San Jose. The deal at the 309,255-square-foot building is part of a multi-step expansion plan leading up to the opening of a new tower for 3,000 workers proposed by Adobe.
The company recently acquired a nearby development site at 333 W. San Fernando St., which is also near its HQ at 345 Park Ave. Adobe says the space at 10 Almaden will be used to accommodate employees while on-going work is taking place at its current HQ, as well as expected growth leading up to opening of the new tower.
Colliers International’s Romy Zeid and Carter Beim represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Erik Hallgrimson, Bob Simpson and Todd Beatty represented the landlord. Adobe plans to take occupancy at 10 Almaden later this year.
