Adidas “Rows” into Office Space in DTLA
German athletic brand Adidas plans to open a 31,000-square-foot office at ROW DTLA in Los Angeles early next year. The space will be customized to “encourage creativity,” as well as a “collaboration hub” for consumers and athletes to more closely experience the brand.
The new space will also serve as a home base for Adidas employees. That includes sales, entertainment and influencer marketing staff, as well as teams involved in editorial and social media. Adidas, which has roughly 20 people in L.A. now, and a North American HQ in Portland, OR, plans to grow that count to around 35 in the new LA office.
ROW DTLA is a 1.8-million-square-foot redevelopment of a historic, nine-building campus at the southern end of DTLA’s Arts District. The 32-are, mixed-use district is being developed by Atlas Capital Group, and will includes creative office space, roughly 100 stores, more than 20 restaurants and public gathering places.
