Addus HomeCare Relocates HQ to Frisco Station

Addus HomeCare will relocate and expand its headquarters to Offices Two at Frisco Station, a 210,000-square-foot, Class A speculative office building owned by VanTrust Real Estate LLC. The relocation will provide the tenant with close to 75,000 square feet. Addus currently operates out of 31,000 square feet at 6801 Gaylord Pkwy. in Frisco, TX. The  company’s move to its new space on Warren Parkway, also in Frisco, will take place in late fall, 2020.

Offices Two is a mid-rise building, with structured parking, a fitness center, conference center and tenant lounge. With the Addus lease, the office building as 52,000 square feet of space remaining. VanTrust recently launched construction on the next phase, Offices Three at Frisco Station. Frisco Station is a 242-acre, mixed-use development.
