Addison Warehouse Fully Leased 4 Months After Acquisition

Wholesale supplier JDS Industries has signed a long-term lease on 350 S. Church St. in Addison, IL, and is relocating from Elk Grove Village as part of an expansion of operations. JDS will occupy the entire 87,219-square-foot facility in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

The lease comes just four months after the New Jersey-based Silverman Group selected Cushman & Wakefield to market 350 S. Church for lease. Silverman acquired the property in March.

Britt Casey and Jeff Matella of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Silverman. JLL’s Sam Durkin represented JDS.

“JDS is moving into a modern and recently updated facility with just over 7,000 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear heights, 13 exterior docks, one drive-in door and 59-car expandable parking,” said Casey. “Employees will find that the building is centrally located with easy access to major roadways including Interstates 355, 290 and 390.”
