VanTrust Real Estate commenced its search for an anchor tenant for the forthcoming Arapaho Station, a Class AA office development in the heart of Addison. The 11-story, 264,599-square-foot office building at 15555 North Dallas Parkway will be customized to serve tenants. Once VanTrust has secured an anchor tenant, it will break ground on the development.

Each office floor at Arapaho Station will encompass up to 27,000 rentable square feet, and key features of the building will include a top-floor amenity deck featuring an indoor/outdoor lounge. 

Other amenities will include a conference and training facility, an indoor lounge, an onsite café and a full-service fitness center with locker rooms.

The project will be located at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Arapaho Road, just two minutes from the Addison Transit Center and DART’s future, $2.1 billion Silver Line rail service.

Arapaho Station tenants will be near Addison’s entertainment district, which includes Addison Circle, more than 200 restaurants, retail shops and services all within a 2-mile radius.
