Added Affordable Housing is Soon to Emerge in Santa Ana

Acreage at 2530 and 2534 Westminster Ave. in Santa Ana recently sold to affordable housing developer, Community Development Partners. The multi-unit residential property will provide sustainable homes for the Santa Ana community.

The 2.14-acre property is located near the Santa Ana Commuter Rail, Anaheim Community Rail and John Wayne Airport. Contour and Primior finalized the sale.

“Contour is proud to have completed the sale of the Westminster property to Community Development Partners,” said David Daneshforooz, Contour co-founder and CEO. “The project will be a valuable addition to the Santa Ana community, providing quality housing that is both innovative in its design and sustainable.
