
Adaptive Reuse Studio, Creative Office Campus Launched in Tarzana

Alvarez & Marsal Capital Real Estate, LLC acquired a 4.3-acre site in Tarzana with plans to redevelop it into Elevar, a creative office campus with studio capabilities. The 96,500-square-foot project is located at 18362-18424 Oxnard St.
The former production facility is being expanded by more than 20,000 square feet, and envisioned as a state-of-the-art studio and creative office campus featuring four stand-alone flex and industrial buildings. The campus will feature an abundance of usable outdoor space, including a ‘greenbelt’, WiFi-enabled patios, and an artisanal cafe.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Rob Hooks, Katie Bernhisel, and Dillon Moscone, in partnership with Colliers International’s Kevin Fenenbock and Jacob Mumper, will serve as leasing agents.
Hooks says, “Alvarez & Marsal is ahead of the game in terms of bringing this level of creative office to the West San Fernando Valley. The tenants who want this type of space are there, but a project of this caliber has not been available until now.
