Adaptive Design Association Renews 36K-SF Lease in Midtown
Adaptive Design Association (ADA), an NYC nonprofit specializing in inventive disability services, has renewed the 3,600-square-foot ground-floor office lease at 307 West 36th Street for another five years.
The pre-war high-rise building, constructed in 1926 and renovated in 2012, hosts a diverse tenant mix. The organization has operated from 313 West 36th Street since 2006. Tenants in the building include fashion brands Lingua Franca to civic design firm Urbahn Architects, as well as nonprofits such as GOOD+ Foundation and the Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City.
Barbara Yagoda of GFP Real Estate represented both landlord and tenant in the transaction.
