Adams Signs Quartet of Tenants Near Bryant Park

Adams & Co. has signed four new office tenants at 110 W. 40th St. The leases total 7,122 square feet and range from five to seven-year leases.

The leases include law firms Sofer & Hauroun LLP and Olsoff Cahill Cossu LLP, healthcare organization Krissjesshel Inc., and Metropolis Electric Corp. and Metropolis Electric Maintenance Corp.

David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams and Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates, in all four leases. ABS Partners Real Estate represented Sofer & Haroun.

“We have been seeing a rise of companies returning to the office in search of a space with amenities and easy accessibility for employees,” said Levy, principal of Adams. “These tenants were attracted to this space because it provides a combination of classic beauty and modern amenities as it was renovated in 2019 and is located steps away from Bryant Park.”
