Adams Inks Five Leases at 463 Seventh

Adams & Co. Real Estate signed five tenants at its 463 Seventh Ave. office tower in the Garment District. The leases total 19,040 square feet, including three renewals.
 
“463 Seventh Avenue continues to attract a wide variety of tenants in the fashion and professional services industries,” said David Levy, principal of Adams. “These recent transactions show businesses are committed to NYC long term.”
 
The recent deals include:
 
• I Apparel Brands LLC., a new seven-year lease for 5,970 square feet. 
• Archetype Consultants Inc., a new, six-and-a-half-year lease for 4,791 square feet.
• Woody’s Racquet Stingers, renewing for three years and 2,022 square feet. 
• Glamour Center Inc., a tenant since 2006, renewed 1,559 square feet for an additional seven years.
• Comint Apparel Group, LLC. leased 4,698 square feet for an additional five years.
