Adams & Co. Signs Two Tenants at Accessories Center

Adams & Company has signed two new companies to leases totaling 13,704 square feet at 10 W. 33rd St. in Midtown South. The deals include the following:

  • A 7,686-square-foot lease with Supply Accessories, a consumer product producer that focuses on the design, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution of headwear and travel accessories. The space will serve as general and executive offices and a showroom.
  • A 6,018-square-foot expansion lease with Welspun USA, a leading manufacturer in home textiles including sheets, comforters, towels and bath rugs. The space will serve as general and executive offices, showroom and storage. With this additional space, Welspun USA will occupy 20,407 square feet.

“Home to multiple fashion accessories and home textile companies including Gina Group, Micro Cotton and AD Sutton, 10 W. 33rd St. is known as NYC’s Accessories Center,” said David Levy of Adams & Company. “These leases will offer Supply Accessories and Welspun with additional space to continue their growth and success in the consumer product industry.”

Levy of Adams & Company represented the landlord, 10 West 33rd Street LLC, in both transactions. JLL represented Welspun.
