Adams Brings Flatiron District Offices to 100% Occupancy

Adams & Co. arranged leases totaling 16,782 square feet at 49 W. 23rd St., bringing the Flatiron District office property building to 100% leased.The deals include the following:

• A 10-year, 5,594-square-foot lease with PWxyz, LLC, a digital media assets company and parent company of Publishers Weekly, which will occupy the entire ninth floor.

• A seven-year, 5,594-square-foot lease with a boutique construction company for the entire fourth floor.

• A five-year, 5,594-square-foot lease with JB Drax Honore Inc., an executing broker that generates trade ideas, sources prices, provides trade anonymity and provides top level voice and electronic trade execution. The tenant will occupy the entire 10h floor.

Jim Buslik, Alan Bonett and Bradley Cohn of Adams & Co. serve as the leasing agents for 49 W. 23rd. Herb Goldberg of City Connections represented Publishers Weekly, Cohn and Bonett represented the construction company and CBRE’s Megan Allen represented JB Drax Honore.
