Adams Arranges Two Leases at Fashion District Offices

Adams & Co. signed two new tenants at 48 W.37th St. in Midtown’s Fashion District. The leases total 15,474 square feet and range from five to 10 years.

The recent leases include:

  • Babyfair, Inc, a children’s apparel manufacturing company, signed an 8,682-square-foot lease for the ninth floor. The space will be used for offices and showrooms.
  • Jomboy, Corp, a leading sports and pop culture new media company, signed a 6,792-square-foot lease occupying the entire 15th floor.

“With beautiful loft features such as exposed columns and ceilings, this building offers the perfect office and showroom space for growing companies,” said David Levy, principal of Adams. “These tenants were attracted to this space as it is in the heart of the transit circle, which provides the ultimate in convenience of transportation.”

Levy represented the landlord, Forty Eight Thirty Seven Associates, in both transactions. Savills represented Jomboy,
