Adam Tilton Joins CBRE as SVP

Adam Tilton has joined CBRE Capital Markets in Kansas City, Missouri, as Senior Vice President. In this role, he will lead sales efforts for office, retail, healthcare, and development properties.

Tilton has more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate with a diverse transaction history, including debt/equity engagements, across virtually all commercial property types. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 500 transactions, encompassing millions of square feet of commercial property in the Kansas City metro area and across the U.S. and Canada.

He joins CBRE from JLL in Kansas City, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President. While there, he transitioned his practice towards investment asset sales and capital markets. Before his time at JLL, Mr. Tilton was an Executive Vice President and shareholder at Collier’s Kansas City office for over a decade.
