Ad Production Company Takes Full Floor in FiDi

JSM Music, the commercial music production company behind numerous Super Bowl ads, has taken a full floor at 30 Broad St. A Lee & Associates NYC team of Dennis Someck, Justin Myers and Conor Krup arranged the 7,176-square-foot, 10-year lease on the 28th floor of the Financial District office tower.

Someck said the new space, a relocation from 665 Broadway, was “in a fully renovated building with updated lobby and elevators. In addition, FiDi has become a major center for media and production companies and serves as a major transportation hub as well.”

The property’s ownership, Tribeca Associates, was represented by Andrew Peretz, Hal Stein, David Malawer and Daniel Appel of NKF. JSM Music will take occupancy Sept. 1.
