Ad Firm Takes Down 50K SF at Brookfield Place
The claim that the Financial District is a home for creative companies became a little more credible. Rouxa, the largest woman-owned independent advertising agency, will move its New York offices from its Soho home downtown to 225 Liberty Place at Brookfield Place New York.
“Rouxa epitomizes the creative-minded company that seeks a location that will help attract and motivate top talent,” said Jeremiah Larkin, executive vice president for Brookfield Properties.
Rouxa signed a 50,000-square-foot, 11-year lease at the 2.7 million-square-foot tower, which is also home to Time, Inc. and Hudson’s Bay Company. JLL represented the building owner and the tenant in the transaction.
