Ad Agency Occupies Former Cadillac Offices in Hudson Square
Advertising agency Devito/Verdi is relocating to 330 Hudson St., a Hudson Square office property owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge, Callahan Capital Partners and Beacon Capital. The 17,175-square-foot sublease is for the top floor of the building, which formerly housed Cadillac’s offices, and will run through May 2025.
Jessica Verdi from Colliers International represented Devito/Verdi and CBRE’s Zachary Price and John Nugent represented the property’s ownership. The advertising agency will go from a more traditional office layout at 100 Fifth Ave. to the open layout offered by 330 Hudson.
“Devito/Verdi was looking for a prestigious sublease in one NYC’s most desirable ‘cool’ locations,” said Verdi. This requirement was challenging due to the the lack of inventory. However, we were able to negotiate an advantageous sublease for the firm due to our vigilance and persistence. The space is spectacularly built out and recently vacated by GM’s Cadillac division.”
