Ad Agency Incubeta Signs New Midtown Lease 

Incubeta US Corp. signed a five-year lease for 2,133 square feet at 200 Varick Street in Hudson Square. Incubeta is an international marketing and advertising agency with over 800 employees worldwide. The company will use the space for its general, executive, and administrative offices, relocating from 101 Greenwich St. The new offices are expected to be ready by late Spring 2024. 

Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca, and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark, along with Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate, represented the landlord in the transaction. Richard Plehn and Woody King of Lee & Associates represented Incubeta. 

The building, built in 1927 and designed by architect Frank S. Parker, GFP Real Estate recently renovated the lobby and entrance, adding a “living” green wall. Tenants include Film Forum, AHRC New York City, Reservoir Media, and Omnicom Group.
