Acumen Expands Office Lease Near Capitol Hill 

Acumen, a provider of policy research for health care and social policy programs, has expanded its office space by 5,741 square feet at 440 First Street, NW in Washington, DC. The building is owned by The RMR Group. 

This marks the seventh expansion and increases Acumen’s total footprint in the building to 40,948 square feet. The building, located near Capitol Hill, offers Class A office space with smart design and amenities. 

Cresa’s Mindy Saffer and Jake Ruben represented Acumen in all lease transactions. “440 First Street, NW offers Acumen a central location for its employees and partners and is an ideal place for their business,” added Saffer. “We are thrilled to be able to assist Acumen as it continues to grow and are pleased with their continued success.”
