Activate gaming center to open in Katy

Activate Opens Second Texas Gaming Experience

Activate, an indoor, interactive gaming experience, plans to open its first Houston location in the Katy Fry Center. Activate blends technology and physical activity together to create live-action gaming experiences. Activate is now open with limited hours for its soft opening period from now to November 15.

Activate provides high-tech games that test your team’s physical and mental agility across a wide variety of real-life challenges. Participants have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in realistic arcade games and compete alongside a team of at least two to five others. The 9,600-square-foot space features 11 activity rooms with over 500 different games and difficulty levels to choose from, each lasting one to three minutes. Each game has been designed with adults in mind, but children aged 10 and younger can join in the excitement when accompanied by an adult.
