Acreage Acquired for Cadence at Carino Commons Senior Housing Development

HSH-Chandler Owner AZ LLC nabbed 7.5 acres at South Arizona Avenue and Queen Creek Road in Chandler, AZ, with plans to develop Cadence at Carino Commons, a full-service senior housing project. The buyer is a partnership consisting of Cadence Senior Housing and Global Senior Housing, and paid $3.3 million for the acreage.

Colliers International’s Tim Dulany represented the buyer in the land purchase. Larry Ortega, also with Colliers International negotiated on behalf of the seller, Carino Commons Investors LLC.

The three-story, 191-unit Cadence at Carino Commons will offer independent and assistant living residences, as well as memory-care units. Groundbreaking is scheduled to take place in September 2019, with completion slated for Q2 2021.
