ACRE Taps Bret Hewett as VP of Acquisitions & Asset Management

Global real estate private equity firm Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE) has announced the hiring of Bret Hewett to the role of Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management. Hewett will be based in ACRE’s offices in Atlanta.

In his new role, Hewett will oversee and manage a dynamic team of institutional investment professionals who will be responsible for the investment and asset management of the firm’s national multifamily portfolio, including value-add, lease-up and new development properties as ACRE deploys their fourth private equity fund.
