Acquisitions Expert Jeff Menard Joins Thor

Jeff Menard has joined Thor Equities as vice president of acquisitions.

“As we continue to grow and acquire new properties, his expertise in acquisitions and asset management will make him a strong asset to the company,” said Joe Sitt, CEO of Thor Equities.

Menard will be responsible for leading Thor Equities’ North American acquisitions group. Previously, he was Vice President, Acquisitions at Mitsui Fudosan America, where he focused on the company’s capital market activities, including sourcing new real estate investment opportunities as well as asset management, debt financing and dispositions.
