Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners have signed with JTEC Energy, Inc. for the latter to take 18,755 square feet in the Lee + White mixed-use building in Atlanta.

Ackerman & Co., MDH Partners Sign Energy Producer to 18K SF in West End Adaptive Re-Use

Building owners Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners have agreed with renewable energy producer JTEC Energy, Inc. for the latter to take 18,755 square feet in Lee + White, a mixed-use destination in the West End section of Atlanta.

“This lease is part of our vision to establish Lee + White as a hub for the West End community, offering a strategic location for high-tech and other creative businesses in addition to providing visitors an extensive mix of service providers, restaurants, breweries, retailers and unmatched access to the Atlanta Westside BeltLine,” said Evan Ziegler, SVP of investments for Ackerman & Co.

The 442,562-square-foot adaptive reuse Lee + White development was acquired by MDH Partners (an Atlanta-based real estate investment company) and Ackerman & Co. (an Atlanta-based a privately held, full-service commercial real estate firm) in September 2019 and is a transformation of the West End’s Warehouse Row.
