Acer Service Leases 55% of Lockport Facility
Acer Service Corporation signed a lease for 166,024 square feet at Lockport 16508, taking 55% of the structure.
The 300,494-square-foot property is part of a three-building Duke Realty industrial complex on John Lane Crossing in the southwest suburb of Lockport. The portfolio’s other two buildings are 100% leased. The property is adjacent to I-355, with easy access to I-80 and I-55.
Acer Service Corporation is a repair and service provider for Acer computer products.
“We are pleased to welcome our new tenant Acer Services to Lockport 16508,” said Susan Bergdoll, vice president of leasing and development for Duke Realty’s Chicago properties. “Our Lockport properties are well-suited for Acer Services.”
Jim Herbst with Interstate Tenant Advisors represented Acer Services in its lease, while listing agent Sean Henrick from Cushman & Wakefield represented Duke Realty.
