Ace Schlameus Departs CBRE, Joins JLL

Ace Schlameus ended his tenure with CBRE’s Austin office, joining JLL as Senior Vice President for the industrial team. In his new role, Schlameus will work with owners to develop long-term goals for industrial assets in Central Texas, and will set rental rates based on his market knowledge and background.

While with CBRE, Schlameus had the position of First Vice President, where he focused on tenant representation and institutional assignment leasing. He also worked as institutional landlord representative for HPI Real Estate Services & Investments, and with Grubb & Ellis Co. Schlameus is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received his degree in political science, and minored in business.
