Accounting Firms RSM Signs Full-Floor Office Lease in Philadelphia
Silverstein Properties and Arden Group announced that RSM US LLP, a provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market, has signed a lease agreement to occupy space at 1735 Market Street in Philadelphia.
RSM US LLP signed a long-term lease to occupy the entire 21st floor spanning 22,340 square feet. The firm is relocating its Philadelphia headquarters from 30 South 17th Street. The landlord was represented by Keith A. Cody and Gordon Hough of Silverstein Properties. Teams from Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
The 54-story, 1.3 million square-foot building’s roster of tenants includes KPMG, Saul Ewing, Brandywine Global, Capital One, Fidelity, UBS, Boston Consulting Group and Ballard Spahr. 1735 Market Street recently underwent renovations led by Silverstein Properties and the Arden Group, which involved redesigning the building’s lobby, front entrance, amenity spaces, common areas and concourse.
